NOTD: Be a Dahlia, Won’t You?

I love the jelly and glass-fleck finish of this polish. It’s a hot-hot-hot pink that flashes blue. I can’t rave about this color enough! Application is flawless, but I should have used 3 coats instead of 2. It’s a glass-fleck, after all, and they need a bit of help to be completely opaque. 🙂

 

Polishes Used (In Order):

1 coat of Seche Vite Base Coat

2 coats OPI Be a Dahlia, Won’t You?

1 coats Seche Vite Top Coat
